The Associate Director, Media Analytics is responsible for advising clients on all aspects of data measurement, data capture and research as it pertains to media. The candidate will work closely with the Director, Insights & Analytics to manage a team of analysts as well as partner with Media planning team leads to measure media activities
7+ years experience in a digital media or analytical role, 1-2 years leadership in managing analysts
This position supports the Business Analytics Engine (BAE) at UM. The BAE team is tasked with providing consumer, industry and media insights to our Fortune 100 clients, as well as media planners and buyers within the agency. We are looking for ambitious, analytical, hands-on individuals with a strong interest in media, marketing and business intelligence.
5+ years of experience in an analytics function with emphasis on media.
This candidate will have expertise in advanced media planning & buying skills along with a firm understanding of digital ad operations. The position is viewed as an important leader within the region and must demonstrate deep knowledge of the media landscape combined with management skills to advance the business. This position requires a minimum of 12 years relevant work experience.
5+ years directly managing a media department or a regional business with multiple disciplines and $50MM+ in billings.
