The ideal candidate will be someone who is currently working at an agency in a similar function tenacious, passionate, innovative, scrappy and creative an excellent communicator.
The Account Group Supervisor is responsible for the management of assigned business including an understanding of the brand and its market, implementation of the brand plan and management of the agency team on a daily basis. In addition, the AGS maintains regular and frequent contact with client brand managers including leading weekly status calls with client.
4+ years industry-related (pharmaceutical/healthcare advertising) experience.
Lead and develop retail media strategy against specific client initiatives, including strategic planning using market and competitive analysis, retail segment selection and related brand and product positioning. Manage day-to-day coordination/execution of shopper media programming including but not limited to: implementation, optimization, program performance, authorizations, budgets, and reconciliation.
5-7+ years Shopper Marketing/CPG experience.
