The Strategist provides the client with the most effective media plan recommendation to insure that the client’s goals are met. He/she must be the day-to-day steward on assigned brands. The Strategist is required to develop and maintain an intimate knowledge of their clients’ business and ensure that all client media requirements are executed in a timely and accurate manner.
Plans, coordinates and directs advertising campaigns for agency clients. Identifies and addresses changes in marketing environment, submits proposals including competitive review and yearly tactical plan. Anticipates client need (short term / long term) and proactively addresses issues.
7 – 10 years in Pharmaceutical Advertising and/or Marketing experience and specific category experience in psoriasis and immunology.
The Media Director (MD) acts as the day-to-day liaison between the client and media community providing leadership, strategic direction and input for media plans. The MD effectively leverages experience, knowledge of the client’s business and media skills to push innovative thinking and set challenging team goals and objectives, balancing client, company, and team needs and priorities.
10+ years of media or marketing experience.
The MS is primarily responsible for the overall planning and implementation of integrated consumer communications for the Merck Hep-C and Bone accounts. In addition, the MS is responsible for developing strong relationships with clients, UNIFIED partners (HCP, Med Ed), and media agencies, as well as providing direct supervision and training of other member of the account team.
The ideal candidate will have consumer experience across disciplines, including digital, and have several years of managing pharma business where they would have overseen OPDP submissions and lead the development of TV, print, digital, and collateral production.
The SVP Group Director’s role is to provide media leadership on multiple businesses/brands. The Group Director manages a book of business that may be one larger client or several smaller clients. The individual in this role is responsible for providing strategic direction and demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of their client’s business as well as the overall technology/competitive landscape.
15 + years of media planning experience, which include progressive client management experience.
This professional is responsible for the generation of, and all efforts to secure, new business. Supervising a team of one, this position reports to an SVP and works closely with the CEO, CFO and Senior Leaders to meet TBG (“To Be Gotten”) goals for annual incremental revenue.
10 years of ad agency experience; tenure in new business at a media agency strongly preferred.
